Tim McFarlane holds a BA in Art from Temple University/Tyler School of Art. HIs work has been exhibited widely in the U.S., including several art fairs in Miami, Dallas and New York. His paintings are held in private and public collections, including Temple University, Bucknell University, West Virginia University, and The Hyatt Hotel at The Bellvue in Philadelphia.

McFarlane's works have an emphasis on systems of patterns, color and process. His paintings feature environments of overlapping forms, fractured spaces and layers that create shifts in perception upon viewing.
